How we verify
Most GTA 6 sites right now are full of guessed stats, recycled GTA V data and leaks. GTA6 Check does the opposite: if we can’t source it, we don’t publish it.
Every entry carries a label
- 📄 Official — announced by Rockstar Games or listed on an official store (PlayStation Store, Microsoft Store).
- 🎬 Trailer — visible in an official trailer or screenshot. We name what is shown, nothing more.
- ✓ Confirmed — checked in the released game. Stats, prices and locations only appear with this label.
- ⚠ Reported — reported by major outlets, not confirmed by Rockstar. Always clearly marked.
- TBA — unknown. We would rather show TBA than invent a number.
Our rules
- Every entry lists its sources and the date it was last checked.
- No leaks, datamines of unreleased builds or rumours.
- No AI-invented stats. Numbers come from in-game testing after launch.
- Descriptions are written by us; we do not copy text or artwork from Rockstar or other sites.
Corrections & updates log
When a fact changes or we get something wrong, we fix it and log it here.
- — Pre-load date set to November 10 (Rockstar moved it from November 12 on Nov 3). Many sites still show the old date.
- — Unlock time kept as “not announced”: store listings suggest midnight local time, but Rockstar has not confirmed it.
- — Database launched: 8 characters, 6 regions, 44 vehicles with sources.
